	Free CD/DVD Burner
	Originally published at PC Tips Box. Please leave any comments there. As Windows XP users know there is a built-in CD burning utility, but it is very basic and not especially easy to use. My usual advice is to forget it at install something that does the job properly, like Nero Burning or Roxio Media Creator, but here’s a freeware burner that can handle both CDs and DVDs. It’s called Infrarecorder and whilst it not as well-featured as its commercial counterparts it’s not far behind, and it’s a whole lot better than the XP utility. 	Microsoft Changes Vista Licensing for New Deployment Model
